According to the National Kidney Foundation, 26 million American adults have Chronic Kidney Disease and millions of others are at increased risks. Heart disease is the major cause of death for all people with Chronic Kidney Disease. The good news is early detection can help prevent the progression of kidney disease to kidney failure.

Also, learn from Marissa Ramos, RN of Attention Plus Care, about the two main causes of Chronic Kidney Disease and other conditions that affect your kidneys. She will discuss ways to determine your risks for developing developing the disease and best steps to take for prevention.
